Ingredients for 8
- 250 g walnuts - 100 g butter - 200 g sugar - 50 g flour - 4 eggs - 1 teaspoon baking powder - Chocolate sauce Method Cream the yolks and sugar together. Add melted butter, flour, baking powder and walnuts. Whip the egg whites until peaks are formed and add to the mix. Pour into a buttered and floured tin. Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes. Cover in chocolate sauce and decorate with a few walnut kernels.
