How do I buy?
Select an item and place it directly in your shopping trolly or basket. A basket is like a supermarket trolley. You can, at any time, add, edit or delete products. You can even abandon your trolly! Adding items to your shopping basket or trolly does not bind you to anything.

-Choose your items: add each item and the quantity desired to the "ADD TO BASKET".
-Once your order is complete, click "VIEW MY BASKET" and check the contents.
-Then click "PROCEED WITH ORDER" at the bottom right hand side of your screen.
-Then fill in your details using the form displayed, including a delivery address, if different from your own (eg if a gift).
-Click CONTINUE TO ORDER. A summary will appear with your contact information, and your items ordered, with the shipping charge. At the bottom of the page, choose your method of payment.
- The form for the Caisse d'Epargne will appear with; a customer reference number, a transaction reference number, your card number which needs to be filled out along with the validity and the last three security digits that appear on the back of your card. Then validate. At this point, your payment is recorded by the bank cards system which reaches us shortly after. Upon receipt, we will send you an email of confirmation and start preparing your order.
- By check Your order will be displayed with your contact information, with the items ordered, and the postage. Print out this order form, and send it to us at the address listed at the top of your order, accompanied by a corresponding check. Once we receive your order, we will confirm by e-mail, and confirm once when we have received your check, and start to prepare your order.


I want to return my order. Can I cancel?
At any time before confirming your payment, you can cancel or modify a product or your entire order. If you have already made your payment online, you have a period of 7 working days to return your order if you are not satisfied.


I can't find the product I am looking for on the website. ?
Do not hesitate to contact us. The list of products listed on our site is not exhaustive, and we certainly have the Perigord product that you are looking for ...


How do I know if you received my order?
Périgord Products monitors your order. We will notify you personally by e-mail once we have received your order.


I would like to make a gift. How do I proceed?
You need to "fill your basket" with your chosen items, and after entering your details, you need to specify in the space provided the delivery address for your order or gift. If you want to add a card, write your message in the text box provided, and we will be happy to create the card for you.


Is my credit card number safe?
Yes, because your payment is supported by the system "CREDIT MUTUEL" all information given to us is encrypted and secure. Attention: online payment, you will only need to provide the information on your credit card; name, card number and expiration date. At no time will you need to communicate your secret code.


Can I pay other than by credit card online?
Yes, of course: by check, bank transfer, paypal, by phone, or by printing out the purchase order form, and sending it to us.


What if I'm not there for the delivery?
The postman or carrier will leave a calling card in your letterbox. You can then arrange another appointment for the delivery of your package.


What if my package is lost?
Shipments are made by post with Colissimo, by Fedex, and by TNT. You can track your package at any time by using the bar code. Your package will only be handed over to you after signing the acknowledgment of receipt. Packages outside the European Union, are consigned by the Priority Post Office Postal Service priority.
