How do I do my purchase?
You put all the items chosen into your basket. A basket is just like a supermarket trolley. Therefore, at any time, you can add, change or cancel products.

How do I find out whether or not you have received my order?
Périgord Produits offer confirmation of order. We are committed to informing you personally by e-mail as soon as we have received your order.

I would like to make a gift. What do I do?
You ‘fill up your basket’ and when you come to completing your details, you also type, in the relevant box, the delivery address for this gift order.

What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?
The Post Office Agent or the carrier will leave a note in your letter box. You can then organise another time for your package to be delivered.


What happens if my package gets lost?
Despatch is by the French Post Office Colissimo Suivi, by Chronopost (despatch with tracking). At any time, you can find out where you package is with the barcode. Your package is handed over to you only once you have signed the receipt form. Despatches abroad, outside the European Union, are made by the Post Office priority post.
