In order to guarantee the QUALITY and ORIGIN of our Foies Gras and Confits, we are accredited by the Association Foie gras du Périgord (Perigord Foie Gras Association): the objective of this French organisation is to guarantee the PERIGORD origin of Foie Gras producing ducks.
All the Foie Gras and Confits we offer come exclusively from corn-fed ducks:
- reared in Périgord
- fed in Périgord
- processed and prepared in Périgord
2) Confirmation of Order
