This dry white wine, fruity and full-bodied will charm you as an aperitif, and is excellent as a Kir (cocktail).
Goes very well with fish, sea food and all starters. It is consumed at a young age, chilled.
Don't hesitate to taste this white accompanied with some brebis, strong goats cheese, or hard cheeses such as Beaufort, Gruyère, or Compté.
