Pure Duck and Goose foie gras should be tasted accompanied by a chilled Monbazillac sweet white wine. The Pécharment is a full bodied red wine, which is an ideal accompaniment whilst discovering the gourmet terrines. The apricots soaked in Monbazillac are a delicious dessert which goes very well with caramel ice-cream, and walnuts covered in chocolate accompanied by a coffee.
