Pure fois gras makes a lovely aperitif, or starter to a festive meal. Lobes of foie gras are combined to produce its rich texture.
All the Foie Gras from Périgord Produits is produced under the IGP (Indication Géographique Protégée) sign. A European and French law protecting the origin and authenticity of the product which is rigorously controlled by neutral certification orgnisations.
