In order to guarantee the QUALITY and ORIGIN of our Foies Gras and Confits, we are accredited by the Association Foie gras du Périgord (Perigord Foie Gras Association): The objective of this French organisation is to guarantee the PERIGORD origin of Foie Gras producing ducks.

All the Foie Gras and Confits we offer come exclusively from corn-fed ducks:

  • reared in Périgord
  • fed in Périgord
  • processed and prepared in Périgord

The I.G.P. (Indication Géographique Protégée) is a symbol protected by European and French legislation guaranteeing the origin and authenticity of a product.

Processing conditions are rigorously controlled by neutral and independent Certification Bodies.

Our Perigord region is one of the finest jewels of French cuisine. Products are prepared traditionally. All the culinary know-how of our Perigord region, faithfully passed on from one generation to the next, gives our products a flavour typical of our land.

Périgord Produits stocks about a hundred products resulting from this Perigord tradition: foie gras, confits, pâtés and other "CREPINOU", stuffed necks and magrets, without forgetting the Gold of Perigord: the Monbazillac! All the flavours of our land are combined for your pleasure.
